I have had few hosts kick me out of the group after copying their code, getring the green check mark, and they had accepted my friend request. They dobt send a raid invite and kixk me out od the group that took forevwr to get into. Its especially frustrating when ive spent money on plugs. They waste my plugs and time!!

I like to host raid, but Please put raid participant's names in alphabetical order. It becomes difficult when their name doesn't match and can't invite them.

I have had the same issue all day. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. When I use auto join to find a raid, as soon as I enter, it tells me the 80 seconds have already passed for me to hit the checkmark.

GET RID OF THE CHECKMARKS!!! nobody uses them & when i host i end up getting bad ratings bc new people are added to my group when those who i’ve already invited to my raid but didn’t press the check mark, and then the new people give me a bad rating because my raid already started & they didn’t get invited. it’s bullshit get rid of the stupid checks they’re not helpful

I joined a raid using a plug because it was listed as a Thunderus, only to discover it was. Tornadus. It wasted a plug which was irritating. There should be way to penalize the host and recoup the plug.

The next update will implement push notifications.
This is a guide to trainers who are offline with the pause button, saying, "If you go online now, your turn will come."

And it is a push notification function that reminds you of the waiting list that will be kept if you recover within 20 minutes.

After implementing these two types of notification functions, we plan to implement a notification function after matching.

We have updated the design of the screen after posting a raid, and the screen when you join a raid.
The TOP has also been updated with some new designs and features.

The features that have been added are as follows
- Rating a guest (for hosts)
- Kicking a guest (for hosts)
- Exiting a raid that you accidentally joined (for guests)
- Report raid preparation completion (for guests)
- Announcing the start of a raid (for hosts)
- Switch to the Pokémon GO app (for Host and Guest)
- Add a filter to hide or show in the TOP.

We will continue to make improvements to this feature, so please keep using it.

There is a major problem with your app it keeps telling me that my trainer name is incorrect and it is not it is the right capital letter and lower case letters for my name my code and my level and it will not except me I don’t know what is wrong with your app but it’s really annoying please fix it

This is my 2nd complaint, I have put in many plugs return due to not getting invites or lobby being fulled. This is the 2nd week still haven’t received my return plugs. Please fixed this problem or else i would not be spending anymore money into this app!

When entering a remote gym and in possession of a regular raid pass it it will not let you remote battle the gym. When in a remote gym it will now not let you battle unless you are "close enough"

Bonus plugs ruin this app.
Too many acceptance to raids with no real raid invitations. People are being incentivized to scam with no penalty. What a waste of what was a decent app and good community

In automatic matching, we try to match with excellent trainers, and there are statistics that more than 90% are invited.

This is absolutely pathetic I have a rating of zero and all because folk don’t turn up for raids or aren’t showing online after taking up player spaces. The system is flawed to death and the rating has to be stopped its not working I no exactly how to invite 9 players but yet we are punished because of the poor setup.what’s the point of joining a raid if your not gonna accept invite it needs changed if you try and join a raid then it’s 10
Minutes before you can join again it’s so easy to spam the join set up and skip the cue

Tried using a plug for a raid while I had a lucky egg going. Screen said I was 1st in line for over 15 minutes. What’s the point of plugs? Just stealing our money? In that amount of time I could have gotten into a raid the free way. Not happy.

Unfortunately, we think good users didn't post during the time you were in line.
If you don't use the plug, it doesn't consume it.

I have a few suggestions:
1. Plugs shouldn't be consumed if you don't actually join the raid. I'm not going to spend money on plugs and the few I've been able to build up gets me in a lobby just to be ignored by the host, get invited when there's no room available to battle remotely, etc. It sucks to lose plugs and not even get a chance to raid.
2. On several occasions I've hit auto join and waited for nearly an hour to join a lobby to either not get invited, or the app lags, boots me from a lobby, and then I have to restart my wait. I really do like this app but it gets frustrating.
